20130626 Expansion

Fourth Daily Sketch. The theme is expansion. My first thought was a supernova, but I wanted to draw a REAL supernova. Not a sci-fi/fantasy one. So I took this one from the NASA website ([link]. It's a supernova remnant, cause I couldn't find any picture of a real supernova. I found this thing so impossible to draw, that I gave up half-way through and made it a Rorschach. There's a spaceship, a sea monster and a baby dinosaur in there. At the very least.
